• To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, intimate wear, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Approval: Our team will confirm the eligibility of your return and provide return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as returns. Once we receive the original item, we will send the replacement if available. If not, a refund will be issued.
